Although \"yue zu bai kao\" expresses the act of interfering in matters that fall outside one’s authority, it seems to be used in a context where someone from a higher position acts towards someone below them, or among peers. Are there any similar idioms or proverbs used to describe someone from a lower position acting towards someone above them? Could it be: The emperor is not in a hurry, but the eunuch is?
