The two outlets of the maintenance distribution box are small; they use 4-core cables, with three phase conductors plus a neutral wire. Currently, the three-phase live wires enter through one outlet, while the neutral wire enters through another; the load consists of a 380V motor as well as 220V sockets and lighting fixtures. Is there a problem with the question regarding eddy currents or circulating currents?
Judging from experience, there are definitely some, but they can basically be ignored. But why go to the trouble of doing that?
The 4-core 150 cable is extremely thick; it won’t fit through the wire passing hole, so it has to be separated! What would happen if one hole were made for every two wires?
What is the thread size of your inlet port? Please send me the outer diameter of the cable
Will phones be confiscated when entering the company building, or should we analyze eddy currents instead?
Doing it as required by the standards is definitely wrong, but if the phase shift is not significant and the current in the neutral wire is very low, the impact is minimal. This practice is not recommended :P
In my opinion, this is not allowed; what should be used for accessing the maintenance compartment is a cable rather than individual wires, and this does not meet the requirements of the installation standards
Installing it this way will cause eddy current problems. For some of our motors, during installation, several wires from one cable were fed through two holes. It was changed back to its original state later~~
