I’m seeking advice from those who know more – thanks in advance! The work at CNPC is too far away and there’s no opportunity for career development; promotions there are based on connections. Since I’m from out of the area, and due to various other reasons, I decided to resign. But now I’ve found a private design firm in Xi’an; I haven’t had any projects for almost a year, and I feel very lost, not knowing what the path ahead holds or how to move forward. Dear sea friends, please feel free to offer your advice, or recommend any good companies if you have any
