There have been quite a few changes in the company’s staffing recently. The vice presidents here have been working here for many years, and now there are some changes (they might be leaving). I still remain under his supervision; we have a good relationship, and he always helps us coordinate things with the management. That’s why we all admire him very much. Now that he’s leaving, I feel empty inside and don’t know what to do going forward. Although the company can continue to function even without him, it’s still difficult to accept. Our leader is not easy to talk to; now we dare not say anything, and we don’t know how to solve these problems. Could someone with more experience give some advice on what to do next?
People must keep growing; they can’t always stay in the shade of big trees
It’s the same as before! I can’t stand it; then I’ll just leave.
It’s easy to say; one can only gradually get used to it
Let’s think about how to adapt to the new boss instead :o
One must learn to grow up; no one will protect you for the rest of your life. Life is about people coming in, while at the same time, others leave~~~
Maybe I’m just lucky; since starting work, I haven’t encountered any major problems and things have gone fairly smoothly. Maybe from now on I’ll have to learn to face things on my own, and learn to grow up. Thank you all for your encouragement:P
