Black Horse ESD system: Compressor shuts down automatically

Our plant has a Black Horse ESD self-protection system to control two compressors. Recently, both compressors stopped operating automatically; all the interlock conditions were met, the high voltage circuit breaker in the power distribution cabinet tripped, causing an on-site shutdown. There were no abnormalities in the SOE alarm records. Has anyone encountered this situation?
Generally, HIMA projects go through FAT and SAT, and SOE settings are made for all conditions involved in interlocking; therefore, there should be no omissions. Should we check if the DO circuit is loose?
For high-voltage tripping in the distribution cabinet, it is usually not just a matter of the conditions on the instrument side; there may also be issues with the low-voltage control system. Additionally, it is necessary to check the relays and wiring at the output terminals of the instrument
No matter what type of shutdown occurs, SOE will have corresponding information available for reference. The simplest approach is to first have the trigger condition, and then the action. Alternatively, the action can come first; in that case it might be a delayed interlock. Does your compressor stop before the interlock occurs, or after it? ? ?
