Fully hydraulic truck cranes were introduced into China from abroad to meet the needs of construction projects. Compared to truck cranes, it has advantages such as multi-axle drive, multiple steering methods, full rotation capability, and the ability to extend both the main boom and the auxiliary boom. However, care must be taken during operation, and the following rules must be followed: 1. After starting the engine, the hydraulic oil must be heated to 30 degrees at idle speed before lifting operations can be carried out. 2. Once the legs are in place, close them immediately; if the ground is soft and uneven, lay sleepers and level the surface. 3. When lifting, it is prohibited to raise, lower, or extend the boom suddenly. 4. When the boom is fully extended, the elevation angle of the auxiliary arm must be greater than 50 degrees. 5. Lifting weights exceeding the rated capacity is prohibited; lifting at an angle or in front of a vehicle is also prohibited. 6. The pedal should be used with free movement; it must be operated smoothly when the load is zero or when the lifting weight is within 30% of the rated lifting capacity. Under other conditions, feet must not be placed on the pedal. 7. If the accumulator’s pressure is above or below the specified range, it can lead to problems with the system; therefore, it is necessary to keep the accumulator’s pressure within the specified limits in order to prevent serious accidents.
