The oxygen pipelines in the factory area are planned to be degreased using the bath immersion method before installation, with trichloroethylene as the degreasing agent. Do any of you know what concentration of solution should be used for this purpose? Are there any specific processing procedures? Thank you all
Degreasing is carried out using the dip method, with trichloroethylene as the degreasing agent; this substance is quite toxic. It is recommended to use the Blue Gold water-based degreasing agent instead. For dip degreasing, a 4% concentration is typically used, and the temperature should be maintained between 55-66 degrees. This method is non-toxic, and the waste liquid can be easily disposed of.
