The BCL906 compressor’s drawings indicate a maximum maintenance weight of 41 tons; the rotor is equipped with a protective casing, and the entire assembly weighs 41 tons. If a crane is selected based on this weight, it will be extremely large! What is the procedure during maintenance? Is it possible for the crane to lift a weight of 41 tons? Is it the special base designed for Shenyu gear repair that is used, with the machine on that base being used to pull out the rotor and the protective casing? Is a crane needed at this time?
As you said, pull the rotor and cylinder out of the outer tube. It would be better to have specialized tools; the crane in your factory is suitable for maintenance purposes, not for installation tasks. It’s impossible to lift the entire compressor. Specifically, you can consult the device manual and the corresponding maintenance procedures.
For this type of vertically split centrifugal compressor, routine maintenance only requires removing large components such as the cylinder and lifting the rotor; the cylinder itself remainsほとんど stationary. In such cases, you need to take into account the fact that this largest component must be lifted during installation. If it’s possible to position it in place using other methods, I think you don’t necessarily need to choose a crane whose capacity is based on the size of the cylinder. After all, the cylinder hardly moves once it is installed; if it does need to be moved in the future, hydraulic jacks or similar devices can be used for that purpose.
What was said upstairs is correct; you need to read the instructions more carefully to find out the maximum lifting weight for a single item.
The outer cylinder does not need to be moved; remove the end cover on the non-driving side and pull out the inner cylinder.
In the overall structure diagram shown in the drawings, the maximum mass of the maintenance area is usually indicated in the upper right corner; this information is determined during the initial design phase, and it is generally provided by both the manufacturers of the main equipment and the auxiliary equipment. You can just draw on it.
Use special tools to remove the partition bundle assembly; its weight is over ten tons, with the exact weight specified in the equipment drawings. The outer cylinder body generally does not move. Therefore, the vehicle models chosen will all meet the lifting requirements!
