Dear fellow sailors, please recommend some domestically produced chemical industry instruments that are reliable in quality, stable in performance, have a long service life, and are reasonably priced. Examples include pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, bimetallic thermometers, gas detectors, digital displays with PID functionality, pneumatic control valves, and so on. We can also discuss the current situation of domestic instruments, as well as some relatively good brands of instruments
Our company does not produce such products, but they offer stable performance and a good cost-performance ratio; we can consider cooperating
Choose a pressure transmitter from Rosemount! The quality of domestic products is unstable. Gauge pressure meters, bimetallic thermometers – they are more or less the same as those from Anhui Tiankang. Gas detectors, those with focusing capabilities and high safety levels are fine; digital displays with PID functionality, as well as those from Inovance and similar brands, are also acceptable. Pneumatic control valves – those from Wuzhong and Chuanyi are good options
There are many manufacturers of such instruments, and the technology related to these instruments is quite mature. The products manufactured by companies that place emphasis on quality are generally reliable. It’s worth learning more about different manufacturers; larger companies tend to have better quality control measures, such as Chuanyi, but their prices are higher than those of smaller companies.
In locations that are quite important on-site, we generally do not use domestic instruments. However, the products of companies like Wuzhong Instrument and Chuanyi are still quite good.
