When commissioning non-destructive testing on welding test plates, is it necessary to indicate the length and width of the plates on the commissioning form? The previous workplace required this information, but the current workplace does not; are there any relevant regulations or standards regarding this?
The length and width of the test plate should be indicated on the non-damaging delivery note. That’s what makes it complete. Relevant standards do not require such detail.
According to the required format for commissions, it should be written as :)
