The Rosemount 3501 differential pressure transmitter suddenly reached full scale

I’m currently using a Rosemount 3501 differential pressure transmitter. This afternoon, it suddenly reached its full scale reading. After turning off the power at the site and then turning it back on, the reading returned to normal. What caused the transmitter to reach its full scale so suddenly?
The medium being measured is liquefied natural gas
This has happened twice already; once the power is restored, the measurement values jump to full scale instantly. Do you mean that the program inside the transmitter is running abnormally, in a loop, or that it’s caused by some interference?
The full scale is 20mA; the output board of the meter is damaged
