How do the auxiliary oil pump and the main oil pump supply oil simultaneously?
Under normal circumstances, once the main oil pump starts operating, the oil pressure interlock causes the auxiliary oil pump to stop. Problem inspection: Instrument control interlocks ； Main oil pump inspection (the operating oil pressure of the main and auxiliary oil pumps should be high.)
Is it because there is a problem with the pump, and a single unit cannot meet the requirements for flow rate and pressure? To prevent shutdown, should two oil pumps be started manually? If it’s not this issue, then check the check valve and non-return valve.
Run simultaneously (is the compressor running or not at this time?) ) 1. If it is running, then either there is a problem with your pump – its capacity is not sufficient – or it’s an issue with the instruments; the actual lubrication oil pressure isn’t that low, but because the remote pressure reading is low, another pump starts to operate. 2. If it’s not running, then the button on the operation panel must be broken.
Could it be that the oil pressure is low, causing the auxiliary oil pump to start automatically?
Check the filter to see if there are too many impurities, resulting in high resistance and insufficient oil supply pressure; that’s why the backup oil pump has been activated to increase the oil supply pressure
Is there a problem with the interlock? Normally, after the fuel pump starts operating, once the pressure generated by the main fuel pump reaches a certain level, the interlock triggers an automatic shutdown.
It should be that the auxiliary oil pump starts automatically when the lubricating oil pressure falls below the interlock pressure, in order to replenish the oil pressure
When the oil pressure is low, the auxiliary oil pump starts up and operates together with the main oil pump; therefore, it is necessary to find the cause of the low oil pressure
