What is the average scale of CNOOC’s refineries?

As the title suggests: Experts, could you share what the average scale of CNOOC’s refineries is? Sinopec’s refineries have a capacity of 7.71 million tons, while PetroChina’s are capable of processing 7.17 million tons. The national average seems to be around 3.5 million tons. I’m not sure what CNOOC’s figure is; those who know it would be kind to leave a comment.

In the Pearl River Delta, the main production capacities are 12 million tons per year at the Huizhou refining complex, and 12 million tons per year at Huizhou Shell Petrochemicals (a joint venture). In the Yangtze River Delta, the main capacities are 5 million tons per year at Daxie Petrochemicals, and 3 million tons per year at Taizhou Lubricants. In the Bohai Bay region, CNOOC has acquired facilities with capacities of 5 million tons per year at Shandong Haihua, 3 million tons per year at Dongying Petrochemicals, and 1.5 million tons per year at Zhongjie Petrochemicals. Hainan Chemical Company: 3 million tons per year.
It should be far lower than the levels of CNPC and Sinopec, but higher than that of the Yanchang Group.
