Essence standard (essence as a honor-related parameter on the forum): Essence 1 can be awarded by official moderators (please do not award essence indiscriminately; regular inspections are carried out). By awarding essence, you are showing recognition and encouragement to the person who posted the content. I. Technical posts that feature in-depth discussions on technology, offering significant guidance or reference value, or providing a thorough analysis of a specific production issue ； ② The main post must contain technical discussions worthy of being marked as highlights (original experience sharing is encouraged; posts asking for help with simple issues should not be marked as highlights) ； ③ Non-technical discussion replies or meaningless replies in the responses should not exceed 10% of the total replies ； ④ The technical discussion atmosphere in the posts is strong, capable of attracting other users to participate actively or prompting them to think more deeply. II. Content of a informational nature, including original materials or high-quality summaries, organized content, and guidance that holds significant value for discussion. For posts that are valuable for information sharing, please be cautious when adding them to the highlights list. 3. Posts submitted by technical discussants or requests for one-on-one assistance from experts: if the original poster receives 50 valid responses or the post has attracted considerable attention, it can be added to the highlights list as either Highlight 1 or above. 4. Posts deemed valuable by the administrators based on their discretion. V. Non-technical topics, such as those related to the workplace: articles that are original and of high quality, with good engagement levels, can also be rated as Essence 1 or higher. The requirement for Essence 2 or above is determined subjectively by the administrator. VI. For the leisure category sections, do not add highlights arbitrarily. Essence 2: Under the standards of Essence 1, it can be rated as an upgraded version, or the like; if it receives recommendations from a large number of people, it can also be automatically classified as Essence 2 or Essence 3. Essence 3 is added manually by administrators based on the standards of Essence 1 or Essence 2. Some notes: By \"essence,\" we mean original technical posts – originality is encouraged, as well as technical exchanges and discussions. Older materials are generally not included in the list of essential posts (adding such old materials was a practice used in the early days of the forum). The specific criteria are as follows: 1. Posts that have been marked by management as having guiding value and placed at the top can be directly marked as favorites ； 3. Posts with strong comprehensiveness and high educational value ； 4. Posts that are selected as highlights must meet basic requirements such as having substantial content, being healthy in nature, and having a neat and organized layout. 5. The images included in highlight posts should have high quality and be clear. 6. Posts that contain phrases such as “request to be highlighted,” “apply to be selected as a highlight,” etc., will generally not be deemed as highlights. 7. Posts that have been selected as highlights can still be rated or given additional points. 8. Those who attempt to deceive others by presenting fake original works in order to get selected as highlights will have their points deducted. 9. The quantity and quality of essences will be taken into account as key criteria for evaluating technical teams or outstanding members in the future.
