Is it feasible to add a function for rotating images?

Those who often browse forums might be aware that many marine enthusiasts post images in landscape orientation, which makes it difficult to read the posts. Although this can be corrected using software, wouldn’t it be perfect if the forum had a function for rotating images? Platforms like Space and Weibo have this feature. This rotation feature can be added next to the image when viewing posts, or it can be added at the photo selection area after uploading an image. I’m not sure if it’s technically feasible?
Are there any other websites that have this feature?
I’ve only seen this feature on Weibo and Space; I haven’t encountered it on other forums or websites.
