Zhejiang Zhongkong Research Institute Co., Ltd. is now seeking one Instrument Procurement Engineer. The requirements are as follows: I. Job requirements: 1. Proficient in the basic knowledge of automated instruments, familiar with the operating conditions and installation methods of various instruments, and skilled in using AUTOCAD and OFFICE software； 2.3+ years of work experience in automated instrumentation technology ； 3. Able to cope with work on construction sites and business trips that involve a certain level of intensity ； 4. Possess certain negotiation skills, strong communication abilities as well as comprehension and expression skills, and be able to handle a high work intensity. II. Job Responsibilities: 1. Selection and quotation of instruments, preparation of budgets and estimates for instrument installation projects, selection and quotation of external components ； Establish and improve procurement systems and processes ； 2. Participate in the development of on-site technical plans in the early stages of a project, and be responsible for monitoring market prices as well as cost control for the project ； 3. Develop and implement procurement plans, handle departmental project purchases, sign procurement contracts, and monitor order progress and delivery status ； 4. Procurement cost budgeting and control: responsible for tracking payments related to purchased products, and assisting the finance department with reconciling accounts with suppliers on an annual basis ； 5. Select and manage qualified suppliers, as well as handle business negotiations with them ； 6. Responsible for project return management and product repair work ； 7. Responsible for the supervision and management of on-site project construction. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.
