Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China, Announcement No. 1260: Announcement by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the issuance of the standard “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Installations in Electrical Installation Works”. The “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Installations in Electrical Installation Works” is hereby approved as a standard, with the designation GB50169-2016; it shall come into effect as of April 1, 2017. Among them, clauses 3.0.4, 4.1.8, and 4.2.9 are mandatory provisions that must be strictly enforced. The original standard \"Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Systems in Electrical Installation Works\" GB50169-2006 is also repealed. These specifications were compiled by the Standard and Quota Research Institute of our ministry and published by China Planning Press. Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, August 18, 2016
