Factories and workshops? Is there a difference?
There’s no need to consider safety distances between factories of the same category, right? ! !
Factories and warehouses must be arranged in strict accordance with the requirements of Table 3.5.1
Refer to 3.5.1; there is no specific regulation on the distance between Class A warehouses and Class A factories. Factories and warehouses should be different. Looking forward to the expert’s interpretation
This post was last edited by Xiaonian Gao on 2015-7-1 at 11:44. Version 3.5.1 specifies different distance requirements from the factory building depending on the type of items stored. Items in categories 3 and 4 require a greater distance; for these categories, the required distance is 15 meters. Categories 1, 2, 5, and 6 have less stringent requirements, with a required distance of 12 meters. These are the distance requirements for storage capacities of less than 5 tons and 10 tons respectively
Take a good look at the new regulations; they are much clearer than the old ones
Just follow the relevant sections in the building design fire protection codes as you mentioned.
