With the downturn in the chemical and phosphate fertilizer markets, as well as the relative maturity of certain technologies and the conservative attitude towards technology on the part of enterprises and individuals, there are very few posts discussing plate-and-frame technology for compound fertilizers. Giving roses to others leaves a pleasant fragrance in one’s own hands! :)

Different fertilizer compositions result in varying tendencies to caking. Generally, the following situations exist: Hygroscopicity: ① NPK (urea-based) > NPK (nitro-based) > NPK (sulfur-based), NPK (chloro-based); ② NPK (high nitrogen content) > NPK (low nitrogen content). Caking tendency: ① NPK (urea-based), NPK (nitro-based) > NPK (sulfur-based), NPK (chloro-based); ② NPK (high nitrogen content) > NPK (low nitrogen content)
