Is there a basis for the installation of manholes and access holes, and what is that basis?
The hand hole isn’t very clear; it’s probably used in small jars. Manholes located on the side of the container are equipped with vertical lids, while those on the top of the container use horizontal lids; those that need to be removed frequently can be fitted with quick-release manholes.

The regulations on the structural design of chemical processing vessels, the old vessel standards, as well as standards for towers, horizontal vessels, and other similar devices all contain relevant provisions

The new horizontal containers also specify that when L exceeds 8m, the number of manholes should not be less than 2
