I’ve never seen any official recruitment process; you need an introduction to get in, I guess.
Either you are an outstanding talent or a master designer, or you have connections; otherwise it’s very difficult. Those who get into SEI all have connections, and they usually have doctoral degrees as well.
A few classmates are at SEI; they got in there when they graduated thanks to connections, and those connections were quite powerful. It doesn’t matter; there’s no way to get an interview opportunity anyway.
Sei has a very sound talent development system; it only needs to recruit graduates, so there’s no need for hiring from the outside at all~~~
What to do inside? The courtyard space is too small.
It’s a shame that those postgraduates who returned from abroad go to the factory complex to work on piping drawings.
Good idea, but first I need to get in there, haha:lol
