Dear brothers, the leader asked me to establish a grading management system for equipment and materials in the early stage of the project. The purpose is to classify the equipment involved in the feasibility study and general drawing according to this system and divide it into high, medium and low levels. I have never done this before. I wonder if any of you have this kind of thing and share it with me. Thank you.
The compilation system is a classification of technical equipment. According to pressure, it can be divided into three grades: low, medium and high. You can refer to the Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations.
That’s not what the leader meant. The purpose of this system is to serve the purpose of future equipment selection. The equipment used should be classified according to its importance, and special attention should be paid to important equipment.
It is equivalent to spare parts. You should always keep the commonly used ones, and you can buy the infrequently available ones.
First list the types of equipment, classified by static and dynamic equipment, pressure vessels, atmospheric pressure vessels, etc. Spare parts depend on the equipment composition.
