The current Allen-Bradley MACS 4.6.2 system has been in use, and it was accidentally discovered that the cumulative flow rate does not match the instantaneous flow rate – it is significantly lower! Upon inspection, its configuration is the same as that of other cumulative flow rate modules, with identical parameters. The instantaneous flow rate is consistent with the reading on the on-site instrument. I don’t know why? Please, experts, give me some advice!
That shouldn’t be the case, right? You can conduct your own experiment by forcing this traffic volume to be an integer, such as 100, and then check whether there is any deviation in the cumulative traffic volume over one minute.

First, use standard instruments to input a standard signal in order to verify that the instantaneous flow rate matches the cumulative flow rate.
