Which boiler should I look at? Gas explosion, pipe rupture, water vapor explosion?
Coal-fired boilers fail due to the rupture of water-cooled tubes or heat transfer oil tubes. In gas boilers, apart from the rupture of water-cooling tubes or heat transfer oil pipes, the problem is mainly caused by gas; the boiler stops burning, but the fuel continues to be injected, and this leads to an explosion when ignition is attempted again without proper ventilation.
Boilers that are under pressure are prone to exploding; if very high temperatures are not required, it is recommended to use atmospheric-pressure biomass boilers, as they are both safe and energy-efficient
