The medium contains 1% chloride ions, at a temperature of 110℃ ; Currently, fluororubber skeleton oil seals are being used; domestic ones generally last only two days, while imported ones can last three months ; I would like to ask what kind of seal should be used in this situation

Could we try using SKF’s oil-free lubricated bearings instead of bearings that require lubricant?

It’s likely that the failure was caused by corrosion of the skeleton material; fluorocarbon seals can resist chloride ions.
