Why does a high temperature of the lubricating oil in the compressor’s oil circuit lead to low oil pressure?
When the oil temperature is high, the oil becomes thinner; I haven’t noticed that when the oil temperature is low and the oil is thicker, the oil pressure is higher – it’s actually the opposite

One of the functions of lubricating oil is sealing; I wonder if you remember that? When the temperature is high, the viscosity decreases, which leads to increased leakage in certain areas, and as a result, the oil pressure drops. Of course, this is only theoretical; in practice, the amount of reduction might not be noticeable. Moreover, as the oil temperature rises, the temperature at some sealing points is also likely to increase, causing the gaps to widen (due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction), and as a result, the leakage amount also increases. The reduction in pressure can be quite small (which is common in such cases), or it can be significant (this is less common, but theoretically possible)
