For me and my family, making a living is the most important thing. By the way, I’m also concerned about what I can learn from the company and what I can achieve, especially in terms of my future career prospects, as well as the company’s development – that’s another factor to consider. So, choosing a new job is a complicated process. Salary, family, work location, interests, and age are all factors that influence my decision. The main reason I chose my current job was the salary, just as it was for my family and work location as well.

Secondly, I would consider salaries as well, but at the same time I would also take into account my partner – hehe, he’s very important to me.
Reply to 3# yihuayan: This is a choice made by women, as they don’t have to worry about providing for their future family. A man, I mean a real man, would think differently – unless he has billions of RMB. Ah, girls these days……:dizzy:
I think it’s all reasonable – people born after 1985 prioritize their interests over salary due to different pressures, while those born before 1985 are just the opposite.
I think the salary is the main reason for choosing my job, because I have to consider my family and my future.
I think no matter what salary you earn or what job you have, keep doing it – you’ll get what you want. One life allows you to focus on only one thing; if you’re serious about your life… Maybe it’s not correct, but I’d like to say: Come on! Buddy, go for it!
In my opinion, I prefer interest to salary. For college graduates who have just graduated, they consider interest to be important, so they choose jobs based on their interests. As time goes by, they realize that money is also important for their lives; therefore, in order to increase their salaries, they work hard to improve their skills or choose other promising jobs. When I graduated, I had two options: a soda ash factory in Lianyungang and a nitrogen-related enterprise. In the end, I chose the latter due to my interest.
There are always some people who prefer interest to a salary. Of course, if someone does work that aligns with their interests, they will perform better than those who don’t; they will have more passion for it. But not all jobs require creativity – in fact, many jobs involve monotony and repetition. Ask yourself: would you mind doing interesting work for one year? Five years? Ten years? Fifty years? For me, I’ll work for a salary, and use the money to pursue my interests.
I think the opportunities for advancement are the main reason I chose this job. For example, are there training programs, mentorship opportunities, or workplace education opportunities that will help me improve my skills? These things will enable me to become a more valuable asset to the company – or increase my chances of getting hired elsewhere when it’s time for me to move on and advance in my career.
