Recently, the suction pressure of our company’s liquefaction unit has been fluctuating regularly between 0.9 and 1.2 bar while it is operating automatically; the pressure in the chlorine system also fluctuates within a small range. At present, it is not clear whether the unit is affecting the system or whether the system pressure is influencing the unit. Let’s see if anyone has encountered this situation. .
Have the technician check whether there is a problem with the pressure gauge. When in automatic mode, the inhalation pressure fluctuates regularly, and I think this is normal. If the fluctuation range is large, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer to adjust the parameters. One more question: Does the exhaust gas also change in a regular pattern? If so, then check whether the cooling water temperature also rises and falls in a regular manner.
It must be the unit that’s affecting the system; fluctuations in suction pressure are no small issue. Where is your unit located?
Is there a trend in implementation? By looking at them together, it’s possible to determine which one changes first: system pressure or the compressor~~
If trends can be generated on the DCS, create curves for the outlet pressure of the chlorine compressor, as well as the inlet and exhaust pressures of the liquefaction unit

Can this be used to determine whether the supercooling degree of your evaporation temperature is high? It is also necessary to check whether the level of Freon in your evaporator (also known as the \"condenser\") is fluctuating, or whether this level is too low Is the amount of exhaust gas used in your chlorine system subject to significant fluctuations? Different reasons require different approaches to handling. I suggest you first reduce the load increase cycle of the unit and give it a try.
