Leak Path minimum leakage channel size

Gentlemen, are there any regulations in national standards specifying the minimum size of the leak path for mock-up sample tests of heat exchange tubes and tube sheets? I’m looking at the standards of some engineering companies, which require that the wall thickness of the heat exchange tubes be no less than 1 time their diameter. I was wondering if there are any similar requirements in national standards. Thank you!

I have been involved in the construction and design of many heat exchangers, and I have never seen or come across any domestic standard that requires such a thing. Could it be a requirement specified in foreign drawings? You can check the relevant foreign standards specified in your drawings or technical documents.
