Is the copper sulfate produced by evaporating and concentrating the electrolyte for electrolytic copper production, followed by cooling and crystallization, in powder form? Is there any place that produces products with a more attractive shape? Are there specific cooling times and temperature curves? And how to further process the produced copper sulfate powder to obtain copper sulfate of feed grade and electroplating grade.
I am also seeking the specific production control process parameters for the aforementioned copper sulfate crystals. Details of device configuration.
I checked – to achieve good crystal morphology, crystal nuclei are essential. I need the experts’ guidance on the specific details!
It’s been concentrated too much; the crystal water in copper sulfate has been removed. The same thing happens when zinc sulfate is concentrated – zinc sulfate monohydrate has a higher specific gravity when concentrated, while zinc sulfate heptahydrate does not.
This is related to concentration, acidity, temperature, cooling time, cooling period, stirring speed, stirring pattern, the presence or absence of seed crystals, and the amount of seed crystals.
