During the reaction, excessive foam should not be generated; if too much foam forms, many of the materials (the main components of the foam being sodium alkoxides, chlorobenzene, alkalis, etc.) will be carried away by the vacuum. So, a device is needed to detect foam and then issue an alarm. Upper and lower limit alarms are required. Environment: With stirring, temperature not exceeding 200 degrees.

Continuous detection is not required. Foam switches based on the principle of radio frequency admittance are prone to giving false alarms when material gets stuck on them
Haven’t really heard of it online. There is stirring; is it at atmospheric pressure or very low pressure? How about installing a surveillance camera with a night-vision, explosion-proof IP68 lens that can clean itself?
