As title: What are the latest energy-saving and emission-reduction measures for dry gas recovery, sulfur recovery, solvent regeneration, and acidic water stripping?

The condensate water from the reboiler of the single-tower low-pressure stripping tower can be used as a heat source at the bottom of the solvent regeneration tower; Purified water can be used as water for the water seal in acidic water tanks and as water for the water seal in lean liquid storage tanks ; Purified water can be used as make-up water for quench towers, etc
If we use the recovery from reciprocating compressors, we can achieve energy savings in those compressors, with good results; the users benefit as well, resulting in a win-win situation for everyone.

There are two well-applied projects for energy-saving recovery: one is the amine recovery through dry gas demethanization, to ensure that the dry gas does not contain amine; the other is the amine recovery through hydrogen sulfide demethanization, which prevents pipeline corrosion and blockages while also recovering the amine to protect the sulfur conversion catalyst.
