What is the minimum combustible value of low calorific value gas when burned in air at room temperature?
What does the lowest flammability value mean? Seeking advice.

The question is not clearly stated; the heat value of any combustible gas is determined based on a specific state. It is recommended to use the standard molar enthalpy of formation and standard molar enthalpy of combustion from physical chemistry for such calculations! !
Are you asking what the calorific value in calories is for gas to be able to ignite in the air? Gas (CO+H2+CH4) can be ignited in air if its calorific value is over 1,000 calories.
Thank you all so much! I learn from it; this question wasn’t asked well! I am currently working on a project related to the pyrolysis and gasification of municipal waste. The waste is first gasified in a furnace, and then the resulting gases are sent to a secondary combustion chamber for further burning. The combustible value of the pyrolyzed gases is only 1200–1500 KJ; they cannot be ignited at room temperature, so a diesel burner is needed to provide additional heat. When the temperature reaches around 750 degrees, the fuel supply can be stopped. However, sometimes, if the performance of the pyrolysis furnace is poor, the temperature in the secondary combustion chamber cannot be maintained, and additional heating is required again. Since the project was designed by a equipment technology supplier and we are merely the contractors who carry out the construction, the operating costs associated with burning waste in this project are too high, making it impossible to complete the project. So I’m not sure if there’s a problem with the process: the combustibility value of the pyrolysis gas is insufficient, perhaps due to too high a nitrogen content, or carbon dioxide is formed during combustion in the pyrolysis furnace, which dilutes the combustible components ; I would like to analyze from a technical perspective how to increase the combustibility value of pyrolysis gas. How many tons of garbage are processed per day? What garbage? If it is household waste, some coal or biomass gasification can be added to the waste, and then it can be burned efficiently and cleanly using a burner. If it is medical waste, gasification combustion can be used directly to deal with it.
OP, is yours pyrolysis or gasification? If it is vaporized, what is the vaporizing agent? Air? Oxygen-rich? Pure oxygen? ……
