There is a story about a farmer who hated the mice on his farm, so he placed mouse traps to get rid of them. The mice were worried day and night, and they told the chickens, pigs, and cows that also lived on the farm about this. The chicken was sitting on its eggs and said, “Worry about yourself!” The pig was sleeping; it got annoyed when disturbed and said, “Don’t disturb others’ sleep so easily. What does that mouse trap have to do with me?” As for the cow, it was happily eating grass and said carelessly, “Don’t worry about me. When has it ever been heard that a mouse trap can kill a cow?” Later on, a snake passed by the mouse trap, got its tail caught in it, and bit the farmer’s wife who came running over after hearing the noise. The farmer took his wife to the hospital, and in order to help her recover, he killed the chicken and made chicken soup from it. The pig was killed and turned into food to entertain the relatives and friends who came to pay a visit upon hearing the news. In the end, to cover the high costs of medical treatment, they were forced to sell their cows to the slaughterhouse… In our work, any seemingly minor violation of safety rules on the part of an individual, or any careless act that endangers safety, can be like a mouse trap in this story – it exists objectively yet is often overlooked by us, as if it has nothing to do with us. Yet the negative consequences resulting from such actions can cause us great harm. We pay constant attention to safe production, and \"safe production\" should not be merely a slogan – it must be the primary principle guiding our work and the only measure to ensure our personal safety. We cannot ignore potential dangers in the future just because there has been safety in the past. Ignoring this rule is equivalent to pushing oneself, along with all the associated risks, to the brink of danger. 　　The story tells us that if we ignore safety hazards and allow violations and risks to persist, the consequence can be a small mouse trap killing an ox.
