According to rumors, in 2015, the passing rates for the technical methods and case studies sections of the environmental assessment engineer exam were quite low, both below 10%.
Are both of these subjects this difficult? I had only heard before that such cases are very difficult
In previous years, the cases have always been the most difficult, with the lowest pass rates. This year’s cases are relatively simpler, but the technical approaches and legal complexities have increased

Rumors say that this year the approval rate for applications is very high, at 40%, whereas it used to be very low. 40% think it’s impossible. From what I know, a certain organization with Category B qualifications used their internal connections to check the scores of the case studies in advance; out of more than 10 people who took the exam, only one passed the case study section.
I don’t know the specifics; it’s just a rumor. Are this year’s cases really that difficult?
Can the pass rate be understood as meaning that your score is sufficient to pass, but considering the pass rate, it’s still considered a failure even if you don’t pass, right?
It will be adjusted, with an overall score increase or decrease; in the case of an increase, the coefficient also needs to be taken into account – high scores are multiplied by a low coefficient, while low scores are multiplied by a high coefficient.
I took 4 exams this year, and I feel that only the case study exam was the one I couldn’t pass. When the results came in, it turned out that only that case study exam was passed. Ugh, I really want to know the truth. I originally planned to retake the case study exam next year, but things turned out exactly the opposite :(
