Installation of outdoor fire protection pipelines

I would like to ask whether, in non-heated areas in the south, outdoor fire protection water pipes are laid on the ground or buried. Logically, laying it on the ground should be better, but then how can fire cannons and fire hydrants be installed and function? What about a pipeline pressure of 1.0 MPa? And how is the maintenance valve installed?
Why isn’t anyone replying to me? Don’t they care at all? :'(
First, take a look at the standards; if there are any, follow those standards. Check what the process design manual says. This is just a suggestion – it’s recommended to bury it underground at 1 Mpa, as the pressure is quite high. It’s also dangerous if it leaks outside.
