I’m a newcomer; I’ve just started working in the management of chemical equipment. I hope to do well, but at the same time I feel I lack many things. Let’s all communicate together. I hope this post doesn’t get buried. Thank you.

The equipment maintenance at our factory is outsourced, and my job isn’t very complex either; the main issue is that we don’t have the necessary equipment documentation, which makes it difficult to plan for spare parts.
Are there any other units that produce CPE?
I don’t have much experience; I need to be humble, work harder, and learn more – gradually I’ll get the hang of it.
