Control parameters for by-products from gas desulfurization

According to the book, the level of the two salts in the desulfurization solution should be less than 120, while that of the three salts should be less than 250. The by-products salts are mainly sulfates, thiosulfates, and thiocyanates. Which two salts are referred to here? Our gas desulfurization manufacturers require us to produce sulfates and thiosulfates (at levels below 150). Is it necessary to produce thiocyanates as well?
