Recently, another inspection was conducted on the DC-C DN2500 ammonia synthesis system manufactured by Nanjing Jutuo Chemical for Shandong Shouguang Alliance Chemical, and a comparison was made with its performance when it was put into operation three years ago (early November 2012); the tower is operating stably. Some indicators have seen little change. The temperature of the water used for cooling the heat exchange reactor is relatively low, at around 66 degrees, which indicates that the heat recovery performance has remained good ; System pressure is low: ~19 MPa (production ~900 t of ammonia per day, 18.75% methane in the system)
Congratulations on the continuous improvement in the quality level of domestic production of this device. Another important aspect is that the companies in the Shouguang Alliance have a high level of staff competence and employ standardized management practices.
