Insulation construction drawings for the equipment

Which party is responsible for preparing this insulation design diagram – the design team or the construction team? If it’s provided by the design firm, which specialty is it usually from? Thank you!
The equipment team will provide the drawings for the insulation support rings; usually, it is the insulation subcontractor who handles this task
Without providing specific construction drawings, the design institute usually specifies the relevant insulation requirements and material quantities from the equipment engineering department.
“A \"thermal insulation design diagram\" cannot be created; what needs to be designed are the thermal insulation support rings, the materials for the thermal insulation layer, etc. The specific methods of construction will follow relevant construction standards.
Equipment specialty. The design institute can specify what form the insulation should take.
This is usually not shown in drawings; it merely sets requirements for the contracting party regarding insulation materials, thickness, frame structure, enclosure materials, etc.
