Characters. It refers to those who have no distractions in their minds, who devote themselves wholeheartedly, think and act with sincerity, strive tirelessly for the development of their organization, and are determined to achieve something significant in their lives! People and talent. Talented and capable people are the best among ordinary talents; they are those who can directly generate financial benefits for a company, and they are the most needed by enterprises. Such people are characterized by their proactive approach to work, their ability to complete tasks in innovative ways, and their capacity to play a central and leading role in organizational activities. Talents. It means doing things with sincerity every day, taking responsibility, being thoughtful and organized in one’s actions; understanding that when the work done for the organization is done well, it benefits everyone as well as oneself, and it involves those who truly care about the organization. Talent. Talent refers to people who possess good basic qualities, but whose skills have not yet been transformed into what the enterprise needs, let alone generated any financial benefits for the company. Labor force. It’s about doing whatever is assigned; if nothing is assigned, then nothing is done, waiting for orders from someone else. Staff. They just want to receive their salary without doing any work; they refuse to undertake tasks that are not related to them, and belong to the category of incompetent people. Man-made disasters. Man-made disasters refer to those who cause trouble for a company. As long as such people exist in a company, they will cause continuous accidents and problems, ultimately leading to financial losses for the company. Scum.
