Make an opening of DN120 at the top of the DN300 PE pipe; the cut surface of the pipe wall must be smoothed out. A soft PTFE sealing strip that is 40 mm wide and 10 mm thick should be applied properly, and then 10 mm of it should be pushed inside the pipe at the location of the opening. Make two stainless steel clamps with an arc-shaped fit; weld a DN100 short pipe flange to the outside of the upper clamp, insert a DN100 stainless steel tube with a 20mm long arc-shaped opening inside it, tighten it in place, and then connect it to a PE swivel flange equipped with a DN100 PE flange head. That’s all.

PE pipes have bayonet-type connectors. Or you could think of ways to create levels as well. Just that little bit of pressure.
Well, dig it out first; leave the rest to the PE installation manufacturer – they have ways to handle it. Just communicate your requirements in advance.
For this kind of work, it’s not easy for the manufacturer to take the initiative; they need the owner’s approval, and there’s no guarantee of good results.
It’s best to have the installation company or the manufacturer come and handle it on the spot.
What I’ve seen the construction teams do is to dig out the area where the connections are made, cut off a section of about 50-80 centimeters, and use electrofusion tees, short pipes, and electrofusion sleeves. After that, it’s simple: the branch pipe connections are made using electrofusion fittings, and then the branch pipes are attached.
