SS exceeds the limit, need help

Recently, the SS level in the brine at our plant has been exceeding the specified limits. We are using Porex membranes, which were put into use in September 2012; several membrane modules have been added since then. The membranes are currently cleaned every 18 days. We’re not sure what the cause is; we seek help
Check whether the Porex membrane is damaged? Checking for leaks at the base of the cluster means looking for direct leakage at the junction with the flower disc? Check the quality of raw salt? Check whether the operating pressure of the Porex membrane is too high? Are the water distribution parameters up to standard? Are the amounts of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate added sufficient?
The dual-alkali indicators were within acceptable limits every day. Salt was added using a forklift, and oil from the forklift leaked into the salt dissolving tank; this is probably the main reason
