Is there a standard hg/t20615-2009 regarding the weight of jacket flanges? I couldn’t find it; could you please advise me?
Not familiar with this standard. If nothing else, just draw a model on a 1:1 scale, determine its volume, and multiply it by the density – that’s it It’s very convenient in CAD.
OP, you must be referring to loose flanges; the weight of loose flanges is listed on page P323.
Just calculate the part with the smaller inner hole by yourself and add it to the standard value
No, it’s a jacket flange of the P314 type
Is there one that allows direct lookup from a table, without having to do the calculations oneself?
Take a look at SHT501-97 yourself; however, that standard only specifies the weight for Series A
Its quality is the same as that of ordinary flanges such as PL, SO, WN, etc.; it’s just that the inner and outer pipes need to be calculated separately based on their actual lengths and then added in.
It’s just that the quality of the flange part is relatively similar; the jacket flange, as a whole, is definitely different from an ordinary flange, and factors such as the quality of the pipe also need to be taken into account.
