I recently saw that Huizhou Refining & Chemicaling’s Phase II project is recruiting staff. Since my qualifications as an engineer aren’t sufficient, I can only apply for the position of hydrogenation operator. I have six years of work experience, hold a bachelor’s degree, and currently work in process technology management at an enterprise affiliated with Sinopec. As for career prospects, it’s not very promising; it’s quite difficult to become a manager, and the salary is only around 60,000 yuan per year. So what should I do? I’m still a bit interested after seeing the job advertisement – I’d like to work on their fluidized-bed hydrocracking unit. After all, it’s the first of its kind in the country and a new facility, so I think I could learn a lot from it, which would be beneficial for my future development. What are everyone’s thoughts?
