The position of safety officer, unlike other professions, does not have such high demand; companies do not require that many safety officers. Is there any future in this field, and how should one plan their career path? Please, fellow sailors, share your thoughts on this
Safety officers must actively carry out safety training and education, strengthen assessments, and raise employees’ safety awareness. To strengthen the identification of potential hazards, it is essential to motivate employees to take an active role in detecting such hazards. Ensure that all procedures related to the 8 types of permits are properly carried out, and provide thorough technical instructions.
