(1) Safety documents: 1. Those with cases of unauthorized signing; 2. Those that fail to strictly implement the \"zero-based safety management approach\" or have incomplete records of such an approach as well as instances of falsification. (II) Scaffolding: 3. Scaffolding planks that are not fully laid; 4. Lack of drainage ditches as required; 5. Scaffolding members that have not been painted yellow; 6. Insufficient protection between the inner scaffolding frames and the building. (III) Protection of the “three treasures”, “four openings” and edge areas: 7. Failing to wear safety helmets at the construction site as required; 8. Failing to use safety belts when working at heights as required; 9. Having too many debris inside the safety nets; 10. Inadequate protection at openings such as stairways, elevator shafts, pre-existing holes, and passageways, with no red-and-white warning markings applied; 11. Inadequate protection at edges such as foundation pits, rooftops, floor slabs, balconies, and loading platforms, with the protective barriers not having red-and-white warning markings applied. (IV) Electricity for construction: 12. Accumulation of miscellaneous items in front of the electrical box; 13. The electrical box lacks rainproof facilities as required. (V) Lifting machinery and equipment: 14. The tower crane operator’s license is not kept at the construction site; 15. There is no tower crane supervisor, or the signals used for communication with the supervisor are unclear; 16. The safety doors on the unloading platforms of external elevators and material lifters are not closed as required; 17. The registration plates for tower cranes, elevators, shoring frames, suspension baskets, material lifters, etc., are not properly attached to the equipment as required. (VI) Construction machinery: 18. Protection shelters for dust-prone machinery such as mixers and mortar mixers that are not enclosed or are not properly enclosed; 19. Machinery with no protective covers in place at their transmission parts; 20. Mixers and mortar mixers that do not have sedimentation tanks installed as required.
