Seeking expert help to resolve the issue with the slag discharge machine at the tail end of the rotary kiln

The slag discharge machine at the tail end of the rotary kiln in my company has a width of 800 mm and features a water seal at its bottom; it belongs to the category of horizontal-inclined double-chain slag discharge machines. Currently, it is experiencing frequent malfunctions – the chains break, and the shafts located underwater at the tail end also fail, several times a day, which disrupts production. I would appreciate it if someone could help resolve this issue. The equipment’s label is no longer available, so I don’t know its model either. There is almost no lubrication, and it seems that the idler wheels in the middle no longer rotate either. Do you use cleaning agents usually?
The scraper is 750 mm long and 80 mm wide, with a chain center distance of 615 mm. The scraper is deformed, so it is being removed one by one and straightened using a sledgehammer. .
The scraper must be functional; it’s correct to rule out problems with it first. Also consider regularly removing the mud that can’t be scraped off at the bottom, and check whether the lining at the bottom of the slag discharge machine is in good condition
