In which stages of the chlor-alkali chemical industry are external-mounted level gauges used? In which applications can external-mounted level gauges be used!
What kind of company are you, and do you have storage tanks?
Chlor-alkali plants have storage tanks and level gauges, but no external-mounted level gauges.
So what kind of level gauge are you using there now?
The external-mounted level gauge has the distinct advantage of not coming into contact with the material, thus ensuring a safe operating environment for the instrument. The main reason preventing the widespread use of external-mounted level gauges is that their price, accuracy, and reliability are still insufficient; especially in terms of reliability, there is a significant gap among domestic manufacturers. It is hoped that newer manufacturers will be able to improve their product quality, which will lead to lower prices and make such gauges accessible to smaller businesses as well.
Apologies, the liquid chlorine storage tank is equipped with an external-type level gauge, while the rest are mostly equipped with magnetic flap remote transmission level gauges; there are also single-flange, double-flange, ultrasonic, and submersible level gauges available.
I told you! Hehe, external-type level gauges are quite commonly used for the storage tanks of liquid chlorine and liquid ammonia! I’m not sure if it’s possible to leave a QQ number here; I’d like to add someone as a friend to communicate. I’m not very familiar with the chlor-alkali chemicals industry!
Is it a small household where you live? Let’s be friends, hehe!
