Distillation column distributor

For a distillation column with a diameter of 800 mm, are distributors needed at both the feed inlet and the reflux inlet? Do redistributors need to be added at regular intervals inside the tower as well? If adding it, what type is needed?
For small towers, a tray distributor with a collection function can be used, or a trough distributor can be chosen; if the requirements are not high, a tubular distributor can also be utilized
It shouldn’t be necessary, right? For such a small tower, one can simply go straight into the tray
Grooved tray liquid distributor – both reflux and feed are provided, present on each section of packing, and also serves to redistribute the fluid
For a small tower, a slot-box type will do!
I think adding a slot-type liquid distributor will do
